Hello, my name is Luisa Vázquez.

I live in Madrid, Spain, with my daughter
Claudia, and a girl cat, Katy. I am
archivist, and I work for a TV broadcasting
company. A busy job, so I haven’t much
time left for photographing.

I begun this photoblog in September 2005, and
prior to that I posted in Flickr during several
months.

In 2004 July I bought a Nikon D-70, and since
then I haven’t shot any analogical picture.
Sorry for the photo paper makers, but it’s
so easy to manage everything in digital,
and the D-70 is so fast and reliable.
Lenses : a DX AF-S Nikkor 18-70 mm,
and an AF Nikkor 75-300 mm.

Prior to digital I used a Nikon F80,
a Nikon FM2 and still prior
a Nikon F Photomic, a true dinosaur.
I have loved all three and I keep them.

I have updated to an iMac G5 20'', those
completely flat, a Christmas present, and
I am thrilled.

April 2007 UPDATE
I have just bought a Canon 5D and
a 24-70 L f/2.8 lens, which are simply fantastic.
After all these years of loyalty to Nikon,
I've discovered Canon has got a better quality.
